The latest single “To The Top” by Moonhead explores the importance of independence and realizing one’s own strengths. Impromptu jam sessions with choreographer Tony Testa, tap dancing battles, and singing songs with Ben Vereen. It was the Moonhead's goal with this song to inspire the listener to find the power within themselves that can lead them to a higher plane. And ultimately they want to remind the listener that it isn’t always selfish to invest in yourself and your goals. The band has a lot to say and lots more to come!
A combination of retro aesthetics, enduring lyrics and alt-rock grit.
The best music happens when artists refuse to remain stuck in their own comfort zones and creative boxes. Whenever this happens, they are free to give full range to their vision, and they can really come up with something that’s groundbreaking and personable. This is certainly the case here with Tommy Red and his brand new EP release, “I Wanna Be Exploited.”
