In the beggining of 2016, Kalouv has made a tour in Brazil going throught ten cities in several regions of the country. During the stay in São Paulo, the group was invited to the Converse Rubber Tracks project, which was a whole day free to record in one of the most well equipped recording spaces of the city, called Family Mob Studio. Two tracks were recorded and finalized in Recife at the CODA Studio by the hands of the producer Roberto Kramer who mixed and mastered the tracks.
The outcome of the recordings is a compact disk nominated Planar Sobre o Invisível (Soar Over the Invisible – English translation). This new work is a preview of the upcoming new album that should be released in 2017. The cover is signed by the Brazilian artist Alexandre Palacio which perfectly translates the band’s inspiration in the tracks Peixe Voador and Da Bravura, Inocência such as in games, movies and comic books, creating soundtracks to their own universes.
According to Vacay, as an artist so much of your creative expression is done in isolation. A lot of the satisfaction comes from the writing process but to be able to take your work to the stage and know that your music and lyrics are resonating with people there’s a whole new level of satisfaction that goes even deeper than just creating on your own. That’s because the whole point of his music is to move people and when he knows that has happened there’s electricity, and a feeling of oneness. When the audience is moved by him, he is in turn moved by them. 'Moving You' a love song to the audience."
BREATHERRR is a post-psych artist based out of Long Beach, CA. By interweaving roots in trip hop, jungle, and industrial with new found explorations of jazz and noise, BREATHERRR's music aims to submerge listeners to a liquid state of ecstasy and catharsis.
BREATHERRR is the brainchild of multi-instrumentalist producer Michael Anthony Espinach. Founded in early 2014, BREATHERRR fuses psychedelic noise with new wave jazz and pop for a unique musical experiment. After only a couple of years, BREATHRRR has garnered critical acclaim and success in his hometown of Long Beach.
His most ambitious project to date is the upcoming LP entitled “Almond Noir”. The album touches upon finding strength in vulnerability and tells the story of Espinach’s own battle with substance abuse. “This album points to the cultivation and letting go of certain relationships. Building and destroying romantic relationships, cultivating and abstaining from my chemical relationships, and hiding from and truly discovering the relationship with my self.”
“Almond Noir” begins with the leading single Chantrieri which fuses electronic beats with heavy bass and new-wave vocals. Chantieri is experimental yet with a pop sensibility rarely found in music today. In the second track Tar, BREATHRRR brilliantly fuses industrial beats and dark wave influenced lyricism for what can be described as a beautiful yet poignantly haunting musical psychedelic trip.
“Almond Noir” is set for release November 11th worldwide.
Party like a Fireman" is a nonstop sonic journey of madness spanning just over an hour, with an overall beat driven, industrial, and darker ambient tone than some of our previous releases. That's not to say it's all doom and gloom. There are serval upbeat and comical moments, but they all eventually veer into an uncomfortable waking dream state.

Orellana is a neo-classical/post-rock collective hailing from Bristol, UK. Their new album “52”, released in late December, brought in the new year with it’s explosive and intricate sound. The project’s music transcends genre definitions in order to focus on a broad, diverse concept that is more emotional than tangible. This particular release is full of rich and diverse arrangements, but it is also a powerful exercise in minimalism, one that showcases the strength of very few notes placed in the right spots. The simplicity of the arrangement is actually one of the strongest aspects of this entire release: there’s a palpable stillness created by the long, drone notes in the background, which almost makes you feel like the world is happening in slow motion. When the chords and notes change, it feels quite monumental due to the beautiful contrast between the stillness of the background textures and the expressive sound of the guitar-based melodies.
